Hugh Jackman has openly disclosed his tantrums on film sets and expressed his regrets for his actions.

During an interview with The Guardian last year, which has been brought up again this week, the actor known for his roles in Deadpool and Wolverine confessed that he displayed temper tantrums while on set. However, he expressed regret for some of his past actions on film sets.

Jackman admitted, “I'm not always nice.”

The Australian star confessed, “I've had my moments on set, for sure, when I haven't been nice.”

He continued, 'And I've behaved sometimes on set where I've yelled a bit or done something where I've been angry that I'm not proud of.'

Jackman revealed his regret, saying, “I had a great example, particularly from my father, of always trying to be respectful. Everyone is trying their hardest.”

The X-man star noted, “And my experience is if you turn up, you give everything, you act respectfully, then that's generally what you get from other people.”

To note, Hugh Jackman is returning to his role of Wolverine for the latest installment in the franchise, Deadpool & Wolverine which will be released on July 26, 2024.
