Sean 'Diddy' Combs will reportedly not attend the upcoming 2024 Grammy Awards to be held on February 4, 2024.

The news of Combs’ intentions to not attend the ceremony was first broken by The Hollywood Reporter.

It must be noted that he received a Grammy nomination in early November, in the category of best progressive R&B album for his The Love Album: Off the Grid.

Shortly after the nomination, the American rapper faced a wave of various lawsuits, all claiming that he sexually assaulted the filers.

This led to him resigning temporarily as the chairman of Revolt, followed by the cancellation of his Hulu reality show.

Lawsuits against Sean 'Diddy' Combs:

Sean 'Diddy' Combs faced his first lawsuit when R&B singer, Cassie, on November 16, 2023, claimed that he had been combative towards her throughout their relationship.

In the lawsuit she described him as a “serial domestic abuser, who would regularly beat and kick Ms. Ventura.”

However, the two parties settled the lawsuit on “amicable terms” the following day.

Less than a week later, Joi Dickerson-Neal filed a suit against the Last Night singer, claiming that he “drugged, sexually assaulted and abused her” along with making “revenge porn” of her.

An anonymous Jane Doe filed the third lawsuit against Combs claiming that back in the 1990s, he and R&B singer Aaron Hall took turns raping her and her friends.

On December 6, 2023, another Jane Doe claimed that Combs, Bad Boy president Harve Pierre and another unidentified man raped her at the age of 17.

The same day, the Creepin’ hit-maker took to his Instagram account to break his long silence over all the lawsuits, claiming his innocence.

“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth,” he wrote in the note he uploaded as a post.
