Kate Middleton, recent health surgery and King Charles' upcoming procedure for an enlarged prostate have seemingly compelled Prince Harry to be more cautious about his health.

The Duke of Sussex was seen in Santa Barbara a day before the palace released statements regarding Kate Middleton's successful abdominal surgery and King Charles' impending procedure for an enlarged prostate.

On Tuesday, Harry was seen departing from a fitness session close to his Montecito, California residence.

He exercised in Santa Barbara previously and was observed departing a gym there in August 2023.

Renowned for his athletic prowess, the father-of-two participated in the Sentebale ISPS Handa Polo Cup at the Singapore Polo Club during the summer.

This equestrian competition serves as the primary fundraising event for Sentebale, the charitable organization he established in collaboration with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho in 2006.

The Duke of Sussex was captured in a workout session a day before Kensington Palace and Buckingham Palace independently released statements regarding the health of Princess Kate and King Charles.

On Wednesday, Kensington Palace reported that Kate, 42, had undergone a "planned abdominal surgery" at The London Clinic the preceding day and was anticipated to stay at the hospital for a minimum of one week.

"The surgery was successful, and it is expected that she will remain in the hospital for 10 to 14 days, before returning home to continue her recovery," the statement said.

It added, "Based on the current medical advice, she is unlikely to return to public duties until after Easter."

Shortly following the disclosure, Buckingham Palace revealed that King Charles is undergoing medical treatment for an enlarged prostate.

"In common with thousands of men each year, The King has sought treatment for an enlarged prostate," the statement said.

As per the statement, "His Majesty's condition is benign, and he will attend hospital next week for a corrective procedure."

"The King’s public engagements will be postponed for a short period of recuperation,” it added.
