The 24-year-old model and actress took to Instagram on Tuesday, to share childhood picture of herself with her father and expressed her emotions emotions.

In the post, Meadow referred to her father as her 'guardian angel,' a sentiment that encapsulated the enduring bond between them.

She wrote in the caption, "Happy birthday to my guardian angel, Thank you for your love, guidance, friendship, sunshine and for raising me to see all of the beauty in the world. You are the most kind, humble, generous and caring soul I know. You taught me at a young age to always treat everyone with respect, to do good and to take care of our planet. I love you and miss you every day"


Meadow's tribute came after her recent involvement in the Fast and Furious franchise, which held special significance for her as it was where she grew up watching her father, Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez, and others on set.

Her cameo appearance in Fast X allowed her to carry forward her father's legacy within the franchise.

Vin Diesel, who plays Dominic Toretto in the Fast and Furious movies and is Meadow's godfather, responded to her post with a single praying emoji, echoing the sentiments of many who were moved by her tribute.
